By booking an appointment or requesting hand-painted artwork, you agree to the following terms.
1. Permitted and Restricted Designs
To comply with laws, copyright regulations, and brand policies, the Artist does not accept requests involving: Political content (flags, political symbols, slogans, campaigns) Religious symbols or themes Violent, aggressive, hateful, or offensive imagery Nudity or sexually suggestive content Alcohol, drugs, or substance-related imagery Human portraits, realistic faces, celebrities, or public figures Logos, characters, artwork, or designs that are copyrighted, trademarked, or owned by brands, companies, artists, sports teams, events, etc. Direct copies or reproductions of existing artwork or designs Reference images may be provided for inspiration only and will not be copied. The Artist reserves the right to determine whether a design request is acceptable.
2. Artist’s Right to Refuse Work
The Artist reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any design request that may: Violate copyright or trademark laws Be illegal, offensive, or inappropriate Conflict with artistic standards or brand values Expose the Artist to legal risk This applies even if the request is not specifically listed in these terms.
3. Pricing and Design Complexity
Highly detailed, complex, or time-intensive designs may require additional charges. Any price adjustments will be discussed and approved before work begins.
4. Design Approval
Clients may be asked to approve a sketch or concept before painting begins. Once the design is approved and painting has started, major changes may not be possible or may require additional payment.
5. Client Responsibility and Copyright
The Client is responsible for ensuring that any ideas, images, logos, or references provided do not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws. The Artist does not reproduce copyrighted material and is not responsible for any legal issues arising from materials provided by the Client.
6. Liability and Indemnification
By booking an appointment, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Artist from any claims, damages, legal actions, or liabilities arising from the use of images, logos, concepts, or references provided by the Client.
7. Agreement
By booking an appointment, placing an order, or requesting artwork, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. “The Artist does not reproduce trademarked or copyrighted material under any circumstances.”
