Leather
The leather selected in Italy by our tanneries is REACH certified. It ensures leather goods sold in the EU, such as clothing and upholstery, are safe and eco-friendly.
The leather will gradually age with the use of the Ylesan product, carrying with it the memories of adventures side by side with your pet. We suggest cleaning it with natural products, and we advise against using alcohol for cleaning, especially if you decide to have your dog’s portrait painted (our paints are sensitive to any type of alcohol-based cleaner).

To create a unique memory between you and your pet, we offer the possibility to have one of our artists hand-paint your dog’s portrait on the Ylesan Harness. The portrait will be painted on both sides. Once you purchase the product, we will send you an email asking you to provide a photo of your Furry friend.
The portraits, in addition to being hand-painted with top-quality paints, are waterproof, so your pet won’t have to worry about running in the rain. For any questions, you can contact us here before placing your order.
We offer also a full customization service where we create a unique design at the customer's request on the entire surface of the harness. for more information visit the Concierge page.

Returns
- It is possible to make a return for an item exchange or to obtain a credit to be used in the store, as long as the request is made within 14 days of purchase and the item is returned in the original packaging. The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use. (We cannot accept returns if the item has even the slightest scratch or if the original packaging is missing.) In-store credit is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
